Meet Our Doctors
Braden Wilson, MD
Dr. Braden Wilson is an ophthalmologist newly practicing in Northwest Arkansas. Born in Texas and raised in Tulsa, he has finally made it to the Natural State!
Dr. Wilson completed his bachelor of science in microbiology at Oklahoma State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, in preparation for medical school. He earned his doctorate in medicine at the OU-TU School of Community Medicine in Tulsa, OK, and completed his residency in ophthalmology at Texas A&M/Baylor Scott & White in Temple, TX, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Wilson is a member of both the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, where he presented original research at the annual meetings in 2022 and 2023.
Dr. Wilson is married to his college sweetheart, Brooke, and has two young sons. He is a family man who enjoys going to parks, hiking, biking, and even playing board games with family and friends. As time allows, he also enjoys tickling the ivories and strumming the guitar. Dr. Wilson attends Ozark Baptist Church in Bentonville. Additionally, he has previously served international communities in El Salvador and Honduras on mission trips.
With a wide range of skills, Dr. Wilson offers medical and surgical care for a variety of diseases and conditions of the eye. He specializes in small-incision cataract surgery, and offers advanced technology lens implants that reduce and even eliminate the need for glasses in many of his patients. In addition to cataract surgery, Dr. Wilson is passionate about helping patients with age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and glaucoma.
